We can handle most time-sensitive tasks, within reason. Please type "time sensitive" and note the deadline by which you need the task completed in your request subject line. However, we can't make any guarantees about speed. So, if it's super important and it needs to be completed by a near-term deadline, it's probably not a great task for us.

We work for English-speaking clients worldwide, but we do not work in other languages.
We will tell the party we're ringing that we're your assistant, and that we're calling on your behalf.
Once you sign up for a plan you will receive a call or an email from the operations manager with the login credentials of task management portal and introduction to your Virtual Assistant.

Yes, we service clients worldwide, as long as we can speak English to complete your task.
To change a VA'S shift we request you to speak to the operations manager who will work out the change of shift with the Virtual Assistant.
With advanced technology, we have various ways for you to contact your VA through Skype calls, emails, and our intranet portal.
Yes, if you are signing up for 80 or 160 hours plan. We can definitely provide you a free dedicated phone number to speak to your virtual assistant. In other plans, charges and set up fees will be applied.
Yes, on request yes she/he can work in weekends, this again needs to be informed in advance to the operations team.
No, there are no charges for any breaks, holidays and leaves that your Virtual Assistant takes. As we charge on the no. of hours your Virtual assistant has worked on your tasks.
You will be given your Task Management Portal credentials at the time of account activation. You can login to your portal and check the hours section to review the hour's details.
